Empowering Teen Girls With Courage & Self Compassion

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 24, 2019
This eight-week series uses yoga, meditation, art and discussion to empower teen girls to have courage, confidence and self compassion.
Participants will learn skills to navigate their world and embrace their uniqueness, to explore their creativity and share their gifts with the world. Open to all teen girls between 14 -17 years.
Facilitated by Wellness Director Navneet Lahti, LCSW, Child & Family Therapist and Anna Alkozei, PhD, Psychology Extern.
