Parent Forest Therapy Walk
May 8, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm MST$35.00
These walks are inspired with busy parents in mind. One of our foundational beliefs is a happy and healthy kid starts with a happy and healthy parent. These walks gift busy parents like you a much needed self care break away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. You deserve it. Come experience the healing benefits of nature in a supportive group atmosphere with other like-minded parents.
What to expect:
The walk experience lasts between 2 to 3 hours. Forest therapy walks follow a defined sequence of guided events that provides structure to the experience, while embracing the many opportunities for creativity and serendipity offered by the forest and individual inspiration from Gabe the Guide. Gabe offers invitations, allowing participants to minimize cognitive thinking, emphasizing embodied sensations and allowing participants to find themselves in the here-and-now. Relax, Restore, Release, Reconnect.
Once registered you will receive another email with additional information and forms for the event.
