“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

— Viktor Frankl

Hi, I’m Jennifer O’Neill. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology working under the humanistic, collaborative model of care at Intuition Wellness Center. I am currently working under the supervision of Dr. Brandy Baker, Psy.D.

I believe that people have an innate capacity for growth and healing and that therapy is at its best when clients feel safe, understood, and respected. In my work, I support teens, adults, and couples who are carrying the effects of painful experiences, navigating family or relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by stress, transitions, or past hurts. I see therapy as a space where your voice matters, where we make sense of what you are living through, and where we build paths toward greater clarity, and resilience.

Many of the parents and caregivers I work with come in worried about their teens. You might be noticing changes such as emotional overwhelm, withdrawal, school stress, social struggles, or the impact of difficult online experiences like cyberbullying.

My approach is client-centered and I integrate Narrative Therapy, EMDR Level 2, and Expressive Arts in ways that meet people where they are and help them explore meaning, strength, and direction without focusing on labels.

I also enjoy working with artists and creatives who are experiencing blocks, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from their work. Together we explore ways to reconnect with your creative voice and what matters most to you. I value the therapeutic relationship and bring a calm, compassionate presence to the therapy space.
