Intuition Wellness Center offers a variety of inclusive yoga classes for children, teens, and young adults that are focused on offering a fun, structured and friendly introduction to yoga and mindfulness. Sessions are tailored to both those wanting to maintain their overall wellbeing and to those with specific mental health and developmental needs associated with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and more.

Individual yoga sessions are also offered in a variety of formats and can be crafted as a either a wellness program to those who prefer a yoga practice that is private and more specifically attuned to their individual strengths and needs or as a therapeutic approach offered by a licensed mental health professional in conjunction with treatment.

YOGA FOR YOUNG KIDS (ages 4-7;  8-Week Series)

This 8-week series for young kids ages 4-7 incorporates visuals, games, props, and a variety of kid-friendly activities to introduce children to yoga and mindfulness. Kids in this series will benefit from predictable routines and plenty of opportunities for positive interactions with other children as well as improve in flexibility, strength and overall motor skills. YOGA FOR KIDS  (ages 8-12;  8-Week Series)

The 8-week yoga series for children 8-12 years old allows school-age students to continue to improve in flexibility, strength, balance and overall motor skills through deepened stretches, age-appropriate games and activities and predictable sequences. YOGA FOR TEENS  (ages 13-17;  8-Week Series)

In Yoga for Teens, students will increase and maintain their flexibility, strength and balance in an 8-week series that also supports improved self esteem and body image, increased energy, and reduction of fear and stress. YOGA FOR YOUNG ADULTS (ages 18-30; Drop-in)

Yoga for Young Adults offers several drop-in classes that allow practice in traditional postures, meditation, flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. Yoga for Young Adults is light-hearted and fun, yet a powerful tool for self-exploration and awareness, stress management, and sense of community. Intuition Wellness offers an array of Therapeutic Art & Yoga groups focused on a specific mental health challenge, as well as individual sessions, for children, adolescents, young adults and parents. Intuition Wellness Therapeutic Art & Yoga services are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals and may also be offered as an approach to individual counseling that weaves the healing benefits of yoga with traditional counseling.
