I am a bilingual, bicultural Cuban-American clinical psychologist with a deep commitment to supporting emotional well-being across the lifespan. I work with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, helping them better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, existential and logotherapy, and relational perspectives to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. Therapy is a space where we slow things down, explore patterns, and create room for meaningful change, at a pace that feels right for you.
As a bilingual and bicultural psychologist, I value the role of culture, identity, family, and lived experience in shaping mental health. I strive to provide a warm, respectful space where clients feel understood and supported, whether they are navigating academic stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or questions about purpose and direction.
I am currently in the process of being credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona.
