Mindfulness meditation is about bringing awareness to your present experience by noticing, attending to, and observing your thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental way. Many of our clinicians incorporate mindfulness practices into their clinical work with clients. We also host mindfulness meditation groups for teens and adults who want to try an alternative approach to healing.
